Shipping Policy

 

Shipping depends on product and weight. Silver jewelry is always sent with tracking parcel. If the item is damaged or lost in transport before reaching the customer, Art By Malo will be responsible. If the item is damaged or lost in transport while returning an item to Art By Malo, the customer will be responsible. If you when receiving the item discovers the item is damaged during transport are you to report this to Art By Malo as well as to lodge a claim to the post office as well as keeping the packaging. We guarantee the item being in the correct condition before sending it to our customer. 

 

The delivery of your product is normally between 2-4 weeks. Handcrafted jewelry is made on order meaning the delivery time might vary. Silver jewelry has a longer delivery time due to longer production time compared to gemstone jewelry. 

 

Art By Malo also accept pick up of order.

 

 

Return Policy ​

Incorrect or damaged item is to be claimed within 7 days from receiving the item. Do not send anything back before contacting Art By Malo. We will send you a new item and you will be compensated for the return costs. In the process for a complain claim we are following the guidelines of ‘Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden’.

According to Swedish law “Distans- och Hemförsäljningslagen” 5 §. 

 

As a customer, you have the right to change your mind of purchase within 14 days from receiving the item. The item needs to be in an unused condition with all original packaging. If you, in this case, wish to return the item, the customer will have to pay return shipping costs. After Art By Malo received the item confirming the condition of the item, the paid amount will be transferred back to you. Art By Malo will transfer back the paid amount in 30 days from receiving the item.
